In industrial operations and market research, the hard part is knowing whether a number is real. I keep the evidence visible.

In SCADA, I want to trace a value back to its source and understand why an alarm fired. I build tools that expose the state and rules behind those decisions.

For Wall Street Silver, I work on research tools that summarize discussion while keeping the supporting evidence. I keep coming back to simulation for the same reason. A model makes me spell out my assumptions and test them.

I do my best work when I can own a system, investigate how it behaves, and test changes.

Start with how the plant, workflow, or market behaves. Design the interface around that.

Document what changes the system's state, what it allows, and how it can fail.

I use small simulators and test harnesses to find where my model is wrong before building on it.
